In her works, TZUSOO (*1992) experiments with boundary shifts and artistic possibilities in the face of the transformation of (the meaning of) digital media. She invests her investigations with conciseness by interweaving socio-political concerns with her own experiences.
The artist lives and works in her native Seoul and in Berlin. She studied fine arts and art theory at the Art College of Hong-ik University in Seoul and graduated from the Staatliche Akademie der Bildenden Künste Stuttgart in 2022 with Christian Jankowski. From 2020 to 2022, TZUSOO holds a scholarship from the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation.
